Things in the material world are just stories
disguised as objects.
let me tell yours...
A growing family takes root
After many months of hunting, this family of 3 found a new home in which to grow. They fell in love with the bones of this 4 bedroom home, but needed to shift the traditional interior to a more contemporary look.
In the design phases, we uncovered their unique sense of style. We expressed their desire for a more energetically harmonious, interesting, playful, comfortable and welcoming space.
An american moves back to the USA
This American dad spent half his life living in Hong Kong, with wife and kids, surrounded by lots of dark Asian furniture. When he returned to the US as a single father, he wanted a clean slate energetically and esthetically. We created a simple beach house inspired by an Americana theme, with space for contemplation and room to allow the newness of his unknown future to reveal itself.
Past, PresenT,
Future
The 20 year resident of this beach bungalow had many happy times within these walls. This gem with stunning water views needed freshening and updating inside in order to sell for it's full potential. We had limited time to finish the cosmetic changes and purchase some new furnishings before the slated open house. We paid homage to the current owner by infusing the space with her objet from her travels around the world. She attracted an equally worldly new buyer at her full asking price.
